DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY:
At Clear Ultura Aligner System, we are proud to offer our customers the highest quality orthodontic clear aligners. Our products are manufactured exclusively for dentists, and each aligner is custom designed to meet the individual needs of our patients.
Delivery
Your orders will be delivered to your address as soon as possible after the production process is completed. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days from the confirmation of the order.
The products are packaged and shipped securely via the courier company. You will be informed about the status of your order throughout the delivery process.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information on the delivery address. Please specify your correct and complete delivery address when ordering.
Return policy
Since orthodontic clear aligners are custom-made according to the patient's tooth structure and treatment plan, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing error.
In case of a manufacturing defect, a new product will be produced and sent to you free of charge. For products that you think have a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product.
Before requesting a refund, please follow these steps:
Please send an e-mail to info@clearultura.com with a detailed description and photographs indicating a manufacturing defect.
After your request is reviewed, if a manufacturing defect is detected, you will be informed about the return process.
Special Production for Dentists
Clear Ultura Aligner System products are manufactured exclusively for dentists. Therefore, our products may only be ordered and used by licensed dentists.
After dentists determine the most appropriate treatment plan for their patients, they can order custom clear aligners.
